Borscht

- Add the grated beets, broth, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, tomato paste, red wine vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and garnish with sour cream if desired.
