Egyptian Tarb Kofta

- 1 lb. minced beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup mint, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pita bread or rice, for serving
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, parsley, mint, and egg.
- Divide the mixture into 8-10 portions and shape each portion into a sausage shape.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the koftas to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until browned on all sides.
- Serve hot with pita bread or rice.
