Foul Mudammas
Foul Mudammas is a traditional Middle Eastern dish made from fava beans and spices, with a unique blend of lemon, garlic and cumin flavors. It’s a popular staple in countries like Egypt, and can be served as a main dish, breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried fava beans, soaked overnight
