-Ingredients:
-Heavy cream – 500ml
-Sugar – 75g
-Gelatine sheets- 4
-Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
-Instructions:
- Soak the gelatine sheets in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes.
- Heat the cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Squeeze out the excess water from the gelatine sheets and add them to the warm cream mixture, stirring until dissolved.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
