Piri Piri
Piri piri is a fiery sauce originating from Mozambique and widely used in Portuguese and African cuisine. It’s made from bird’s eye chili peppers and is a staple in dishes like grilled meats and vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 6 bird’s eye chili peppers
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions:
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a jar and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before using.
