Puchero Canario

-Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of beef
  • 1 kg of pork
  • 500 g of ham
  • 4 potatoes

  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt to taste

  4. Add the chopped onions, garlic, and paprika and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the vegetables and the chorizos.
  6. Cover everything with water and add the bay leaves.
  7. Bring to a boil and then let it simmer for 2 hours.
  8. Season with salt and serve hot.
