Tortilla española
Tortilla española, also known as Spanish omelette, is a classic dish originating from Spain. Ingredients:

- Slide the tortilla back into the pan and cook for another 5 minutes until the other side is lightly browned.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
